Refunds and Returns are OK upon meeting  following requirements

-  Each item must be in an un used, saleable state.

- Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Unfortunately, custom made and personalized orders can not be returned or refunded.

All crayons are made to order. Colors may vary slightly from pictures as wax melts and dries uniquly to each crayon. Please allow 2-3 days to process your order and 3-5 days for ship out. If you have an order that you need sent quickly for a specific date, please email us and we will try to accomodate you.
